LabMinds was founded by Van and Catherine Bonjoc on September of 2015 in Central California with the hopes of helping address the shortage of staffing in a clinical laboratory. They are both Clinical Laboratory Scientists by profession and their years of experience has allowed them to gain the perspective of both clients and candidates altogether.
It all started with processing Direct-Hire Visa Sponsorship in laboratories of critical access hospitals in rural areas across the United States which was deemed cost effective and timely.
With the success that came in doing that initial step, their valued clients requested for them to do local ( within U.S) recruitment as well. This has opened up a lot of doors to broaden their scope of services.
In order to address the increasing demand and need in healthcare, they have recently catered to Nursing and Allied medical profession in their scope of services in addition to their initial expertise in Clinical Lab Scientist staffing. These steps have indeed paved the way for them to become the full-service healthcare staffing company that they are today.
